Directions
From the North
From Point Reyes Station continue south on Highway 1 about 12 miles (or from Olema, continue south about 8 miles) until you see the green Caltrans sign for Dogtown, population 30. Continue around the sharp bend and down past a row of tall cypress trees on your right. Our driveway and the sign for Woodville Ranch at 5755 is just beyond the trees on the right.
From San Rafael
Take Sir Francis Drake Blvd. going west, pass through Fairfax and Samuel P. Taylor Park, arriving at Olema. Turn left on Highway 1 and continue as described above.
From the South
From Sausalito on Highway 101, take the Highway 1 turn off. Stay on Highway 1 through Muir Beach and Stinson Beach. Continue along the east shore of the Bolinas Lagoon. At the north end of the lagoon, pass the infamous unsigned turn off to Bolinas and continue on about one mile on Highway 1 until you see the green Caltrans sign saying Dogtown, then take the second driveway on the left at the Woodville Ranch sign.
